We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal for international shipments or from an international address. We do not accept checks or money orders.

International Shipping Information

Ever After is fraud smart. We screen diligently for credit card fraud. We pursue fraudulent orders to the full extent of the law.

USPS Express Mail International™ - Usually delivered 3-5 business days after post office pickup depending on origin and destination. For additional questions, please go to www.usps.com.

USPS Priority Mail International™ - A convenient ways to ship items throughout the world. Usually delivered 6-10 business days after post office pickup depending on origin and destination. For additional questions, please go to www.usps.com.

All items, with description and value, and any other information required from the USPS, will be declared.

Up to 70 pounds.

We cannot ship sweets internationally. Please do not add them to your shopping cart.

www.everafterstore.com and/or Ever After and/or its parties are not responsible for lost, rifled, or damaged product or packages, regardless of whether insurance is available or not. Insurance may not be available to all countries. If insurance IS available, your package will be sent FULLY INSURED. If insurance is not available to your country, you take all risk for your package delivery.

  • We will always carefully package your products.
  • We will include contact information inside the package.
  • We will carefully attach all documents.
  • We will seal the package as required by the USPS.
  • We will insure the item for its full value if it is available to the destination country.
  • We will fill out and comply with the required customs forms for international mailing.

We’re sorry, but insurance coverage for merchandise is available to most, but not all, destination countries from the USPS (go to www.usps.com for more information).

International mail is subject to customs examination in the destination country. www.everafterstore.com and/or Ever After and/or its parties are not responsible for problems with customs at the destination. Do not order items that are not in compliance with all domestic, international, and individual country rules and regulations for mailability.

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties, taxes, and fees in accordance with that country’s national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the item sent is dutiable and if the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country’s laws. Each country assesses customs, duties, and taxes. Ever After is not responsible for customs, duties, and taxes. The recipient is responsible for any fees incurred with international shipments.

International Return Policy
If you are not happy with your product(s)—except for shipping damage or loss—please follow these simples steps:

  1. Notify sales@everafterstore.com (more info below). Please state why item is being returned. Ever After is happy to exchange the item or refund your credit card. Please notify us of your preference in your email. Include your full name and shipping address.
  2. Repack the product(s) in its original packaging and include the packing invoice. You may replace the outer shipping box with a new, good quality box in compliance with postal requirements. We must have all manufacturer boxes returned with merchandise.
  3. Send back your products(s) with an insured courier. Retain your insurance receipt. Ever After is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

  5. Notify sales@everafterstore.com us that a return has been shipped. Include carrier and tracking number.

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your package if you wish to return merchandise. sales@everafterstore.com
You must mail the merchandise back to us within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
Ever After must receive returns within 60 days of the date original order was placed, regardless of reason.
Ever After does not refund shipping charges and is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
Items must be declared, packages sealed, and all rules followed in compliance with all domestic, international, and individual country rules and regulations for mailability.
We will not exchange or credit your credit card for merchandise that we do not receive, regardless of reason.
We do not exchange or credit your credit card for items received that are not in perfect condition, regardless of reason.
Ever After does not refund shipping charges and is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items.

We reserve the right to request additional shipping if the shipping amount grossly exceeds the amount caclulated by the shopping cart shipping calculator. We will not ship the package when additional shipping charges are requested, until we receive your approval. This does not happen often, however, some shipping estimates do not calculate properly for some countries.
